World Innovation Summit for Education 12

For WISE 12, we translated the summit theme. We reconfigured the venue from a dispersed layout into one clear journey, bringing key components under one roof to create one continuous flow for delegates.

At the heart of the system was the WISE Majlis: a central hub that blended content, networking and activations, reducing fragmentation and increasing participation between sessions. Programming was designed beyond traditional panels, mixing roundtables, workshops, masterclasses, showcases and podcasts, supported by experiential learning formats and interactive installations to keep engagement high throughout the day.

The summit welcomed 7,600+ registrations, nearly 500 speakers, 140+ sessions and workshops, and 30+ partners alongside 300+ VIPs. More importantly, the experience demonstrated how innovation in education works best when human connection is protected by design—setting a new benchmark for international summits at scale.
